I cannot log in to my account

If you have created an account and logged in before, you should normally be able to access Whiskybase without any problems. If logging in is not working, one of the situations below may apply.


Incorrect username or password

If the login details do not match, you will not be able to access your account. The easiest solution is to reset your password.


Resetting your password

You can request a password reset using either your username or your email address. Remember to check your spam folder for the reset link.


If the email does not arrive within 30 minutes, please contact our team so we can help you regain access.


Inactive account

In rare cases, our system may mark an account as inactive if it detects activity that goes against our general terms and conditions or fair use policy.


If you still cannot log in after resetting your password, please contact our team  and we will help you resolve the issue.
