How to Provide Your Sponsored Listings

There are a few ways to submit your listings to our website:

1. For a Few Listings (Manual Submission)

If you only have a few bottles to list, the best approach is to use the Add Shoplink feature. Simply open the corresponding bottle page on Whiskybase and select the + Add a shoplink button.

2. For Many Listings (Automated Submission)

When you need to list many bottles, we can automate this process for you if you provide us with the required data. This data can be submitted via:

• Excel file

• Data feed/API

• Google Merchant Center

Data Requirements

For Excel submissions, a template is available for download to make data entry easier and ensure all fields are included.

Mandatory Fields:

• Title

• Price (including VAT)

• Brand

• ABV

• Barcode

• Size

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Whiskybase ID

Optional Fields:

• Age

• Vintage year

• Bottled year

• Internal ID

• Description

• Image link

• Availability

• Price (excluding VAT)

• Ship to country(s)

• Ship to state(s)
