I have an issue with the seller / buyer.

We learned mostly issues are just a miss-understanding and can be solved by keeping in touch with each other. In the market you are able to send messages to the buyer / seller. If there is any doubt reach out to the person.


Nothing is more annoying for people than dealing with someone who never contacts them and never reacts to their messages. Nothing pleases them more than dealing with someone who does. If the person you are trading with sends you a message, respond to their message promptly, and always keep them updated on the status of payment or shipment.


I still have an issue

If for some reason you are not able to solve the issue with the buyer / seller you can create a ticket. The Market support team will look into the matter and help you solve it. There might be many different reasons why something went wrong. Please supply us with all the information you have and we will look into the matter.
